Smaller fixes

Some smaller fixes in this patch - in the dungeon, it was impossible to interact with Ellen if you didn't stand in one very precise spot - it's fixed now. Also, the stealth part when you sneak to Ellen's office had been improved - if you get caught too many times you'll just get kicked out. The campfire in the northern Krang-Tong camp now actually burns.
